By placing your order, you accept the following General Terms and Conditions:

If you place your order through our web portal, you will receive your tickets by email. You can either print them at home or – as a more environmentally friendly option – save them on your smartphone. At the entrance, your ticket will be checked using the QR code. Payment is made by credit card.

Please note that tickets that have already been paid for cannot be refunded. Your online order is binding and will be confirmed immediately by an automatic email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order, please contact us.

When purchasing reduced-price tickets for specific categories, where such tickets are offered by mmfestival, you are required to present the necessary proof of eligibility at the entrance if requested.

Mediterranean music festival reserves the right to cancel an order without prior notice to the customer for reasons it considers important for the proper organisation and conduct of the concerts it organises. In such a case, mmfestival is obliged to refund the customer in full the amount paid for the transaction.

In the event of the cancellation of a concert or any other similar paid event organised by mmfestival, the ticket price will be refunded via Stripe (the payment system used by mmfestival) within 3 to 15 days following the official announcement of the cancellation by mmfestival.
